Teresa de Jesus inherited her farm in Palestina, Colombia, from her father. Today, she continues the family tradition, working side by side with her son, Linarco Rodriguez, who has introduced new processing techniques across their three farms. This natural processed lot of Castillo and Colombia was fermented in cherry for 72 hours, then dried slowly over 25 days under the sun.
