Sunrise - Kenya, Ghitembe, washed

Sunrise  is our celebration of bright, fruit-forward coffees. Every release is selected for its vibrant acidity, clean cup, and expressive character—coffees that shine from the very first sip.

This lot comes from the Githembe Coffee Factory in Kenya’s Kiambu County, where members of the Thirika Farmers Co-operative Society grow coffee at 1,800 metres above sea level in rich volcanic soils. Classic Kenyan varieties—SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian—are carefully washed and traditionally sun dried on raised beds.
